I just love TED Talks! There’s always something new and interesting. Today while doing some physio exercises I was listen to Amy Cuddy talk about the non-verbal language that we use constantly. More and more we are discovering, as Amy is pointing out, that our body language can influence both our thoughts and feelings - literally, on a physiological level. Amy’s investigation about power poses and their effect on our testosterone and cortisol levels is not only super cool, but useful and applicable to our daily lives.
